Breaking Cycles.
Building Futures.

We seek to break the cycle of family incarceration by empowering our Amazing Kids for success. Our immediate goal is to lighten the burden that children typically feel as a result of a family member’s incarceration.

We have designed a cost-free series of programs that serve children with an incarcerated family member. Participation begins with a weeklong camp experience for children between age 8-11. Children who have participated in the program can continue to participate in our pathway of programs through adolescence and into adulthood.

It takes a community to create and offer a camp experience and year-round programs. Whether you have an hour, a day, or a week, there are many ways you can share your gifts and passions.

Our Impact

“The activities not only provide joyful memories, but help the children build self-esteem, gain confidence, identify and share their gifts and develop cooperation skills.

It is a space where they feel welcomed, appreciated, loved and accepted by Amazing Grace mentors and YMCA counselors.”
